The High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA) has agreed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Enforcement Conduct Board (ECB), setting out how the two organisations will work together.

The Memorandum explains how HCEOA and the ECB will cooperate to promote fair enforcement practices. This includes clear signposting of complaints and appropriate information sharing, in line with legal requirements.
