Most High Court enforcement activity is recovering a debt or evicting someone from a property.

However, there are some other services our members provide.

If you are a claimant looking for support, you should discuss any associated fees with your chosen High Court Enforcement Officer.

VAT is added to all qualifying fees at the appropriate rate.
