High Court enforcement activity is undertaken appropriately, flexibly and sensitively at all times.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, High Court Enforcement Officers have been following the latest recommendations and legislation from UK Government.

While there are no longer restrictions in place, we recommend that all of our members support UK businesses and others to collect unpaid debts by continuing to employ their best practice set out by their own businesses, in line with guidance issued by the Government.

The Association and our members will continue to look to government and public health bodies for guidance on Covid-19.
