Members of the High Court Enforcement Officers' Association enjoy good working relationships with a number of key stakeholders both in government and the judiciary.

Our guiding government department is the Ministry of Justice

High Court Enforcement Officers work with policy officials to ensure compliance with our regulatory framework (see Regulatory Information on this website), and implementation of new policies.

In relation to the enforcement of money judgments the High Court Enforcement Officers Association has strong links with Registry Trust Limited who are the custodians of judgment information across England and Wales and indeed a wider geographical area.

Over many years the Association has also formed links with the Civil Court Users Association to ensure that professional enforcement of Civil Court Judgments is maintained and indeed built upon for the benefit of all Court users.
