We take a look at the helpful new features added to the contact, complaints and fraud awareness pages on our website.
Throughout 2024 we have made a number of improvements to the HCEOA website.
The aim of the updates is to provide a better experience for people visiting the website by presenting information in an easily accessible way, whilst enabling the Association to operate more efficiently.
If you need to contact us or make a complaint
We’ve made updates to the Contact Us and Complaints pages to include comprehensive information and implement a contact form on each page.
When visiting the website, you can now quickly identify the information most relevant to your query and access clear guidance on next steps to take, whether that be to contact the Association directly, submit a complaint, or look for more information elsewhere.
Raising awareness of enforcement fraud
The information on the Fraud Awareness page has also been expanded to reflect the increasingly concerning issue of criminals committing enforcement fraud.
Although the Association is unable to act on fraud reports directly, a submission form has been created to allow you to inform us of fraudulent activity related to our sector. At the same time, we are actively encouraging you to also report it directly to Action Fraud. This will allow the Association to stay aware of the state of fraud in our industry whilst working closely with the MoJ to combat it.
The updated Fraud Awareness page also aims to empower website visitors by providing helpful information on what enforcement related fraud is, how to identify potential instances of fraud and understand what you can do to protect yourself or report a crime when it takes place.
