The business of the meeting ran as expected, with improvements to the Complaints Procedure and Best Practice on Fees passed by ordinary resolution; those attending agreed to the modernisation of the Articles.

Training in the afternoon covered the new improved website, domestic possessions and the new High Court procedure and a report on the 1st Year Review (following the April 2014 reforms).

We look forward to a busy year promoting the profession with, hopefully, more work for HCEOs!
