Our members are successful at enforcing the writs they are directed, and each year are required to supply basic case results to the Ministry Of Justice, indicating cases which are successful and unsuccessful, whether cases are paid in full or part paid, how much was paid, and how much debt they were instructed to collect, and pence in the pound recoveries.

Each year the Association receives an extract of the information collected by the Ministry Of Justice, which is published below, and this extract shows the a high level performance of our Members.

This graph shows the number of new Writs issued and also cleared, and whilst the writs did steadily grow from 2004 to 2009, this has now plateaued.

This graph shows how the level of collections has steadily grown over the years, with great amounts being collected each year.
