As part of compliance with the High Court Enforcement Officers regulations, all Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers, belong as full members to this association.
Before becoming a full member, the applicant, will have have undergone extensive training, in High Court Enforcement, and undertook, to comply with not only the various Acts, Regulations, and various laws governing enforcement, but also with our code of conduct, and agree to be bound by our complaints procedures.

Association launches its educational programme
Association launches its educational programme
At this year’s Annual General Meeting, our Association officially launched its new educational pathway on how to become an Authorised Officer. This programme has been formulated in partnership with the Institute of Credit Management. Debbie Tuckwood from the ICM attended the training part of the day, and fielded questions on how the programme will work.
