Members of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association enjoy good working relationships with a number of key stakeholders both in government and the judiciary.

Our guiding government department is the Ministry of Justice (www.justice.gov.uk).

High Court Enforcement Officers work with policy officials to ensure compliance with our regulatory framework (see Regulatory Information on this website).

In relation to the enforcement of money judgements the High Court Enforcement Officers Association has strong links with Registry Trust Limited which is, of course, the custodian of judgment information across England and Wales and indeed a wider geographical area. Information about how to deal with a situation where a judgment is registered against a person can be found on their website at www.registry-trust.org.uk.

Over many years the Association has also formed links with the Civil Court Users Association to ensure that professional enforcement of Civil Court Judgments is maintained and indeed built upon for the benefit of all Court users. The information about the Civil Court Users Association can be found at www.ccua.org.uk.

The High Court Enforcement Officers Association also aligns itself with the Institute of Credit Management as we share the same President, Master Robert Turner. The Institute of Credit Management is committed to driving forward excellence in the management of credit and its website can be visited at www.icm.org.uk.

If any visitor to this site would like the HCEOA to create a link to their website please send a completed enquiry form with an outline of the suggested link so that we can make contact and agree how this should be moved forward.
